Project Overview
The Shanghai Bank Hongling Flagship Branch is located in Shenzhen, an international city within the Special Economic Zone, situated between Futian District and Luohu District. It resides in the established Caiwuwei Financial District, which is one of Shenzhen's historical financial areas. In terms of single-branch scale, it ranks among the top three in Shenzhen. However, it has been over a decade since the branch received any updates, and it can no longer meet the increasing demands of high-end clients, both in terms of functionality and overall experience.
Solution
Shanghai Bank's brand positioning is 'Boutique Bank,' and the Hongling Flagship Branch not only embodies the fusion of Shanghai-style culture and Shenzhen's local innovation culture but also incorporates elements of youth, innovation, and technology. The high ceiling of the lobby is adorned with suspended stretch fabric, which not only brightens the space but also imparts a sense of clean lines and technology to customers.
Different functional areas have been established based on varying business requirements to ensure the shortest possible customer service paths within the branch. To differentiate the service experiences for regular customers and VIP clients, an exclusive VIP customer area has been set up – the Shanghai Bank Wealth Zone.
