In 2018, China Merchants Bank introduced the slogan of transitioning to the 'App era' and Retail Finance 3.0, where branches became a crucial element for offline retail transformation and customer acquisition. Taking into consideration both internal and external factors, China Merchants Bank's branch upgrade to 3.0 was born. The core challenge for the 3.0 branches is how to use design language to interpret a fin-tech bank and deliver the best customer experience bank.
Through repeated refinement, 'Technology + Life' has become the key design concept for the 3.0 branches. In spatial design, these branches boldly integrate the elements of 'point, line, and plane.' The entire hall is neat and elegant, with a white base creating a sense of openness and technology, while wooden furniture blends with a homely atmosphere. The integration of equipment and furniture not only enhances aesthetics but also offers ease of installation. Customer experience is tailored from a five-sensory perspective, addressing sight, touch, smell, taste, and hearing.
