Based on the brand mission of "Robotics for All," our goal is to change consumers' single perception of ECOVACS floor-cleaning robots. As a technology company providing a one-stop home service robot solution, ECOVACS offers not only floor-cleaning robots for ground-level solutions but also window-cleaning robots for vertical surface solutions and air purification robots for spatial solutions.
Based on ECOVACS brand mission "Robotics for All,," our design team embarked on an exploration of the intimate relationship between robots and humans. We have created an experiential retail space with the theme of "A Better Lifestyle." By guiding users through subjective perceptions and experiential paths in various scenarios, we meet their diverse experiential and consumption needs.
▷ Provide consumers with an experiential retail space to fully experience ECOVACS products and enhance consumers' awareness of ECOVACS multi-category products. Increase the rate of consumers entering the store and the conversion rate.
Project data feedback
As of June 2023, ECOVACS has promoted SI 3.0 image to 100+ stores nationwide, the store entry rate has increased by 36.5% (from 4.1% to 5.6%), and the store entry conversion rate has increased by 275% (from 0.4% to 1.5%)
